Hiring of M&M Bolero Vehicles for KPCL Officials

The tender invites bids for hiring M&M Bolero or equivalent vehicles for official conveyance at Shivanasamudram and Shimsha project locations. The contract duration is two years with a possible one-year extension based on performance. The vehicles are required to be 2024 or later models, GPS fitted, non-AC, and diesel-powered. • PF Registration with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner
• Registration of Establishment or firm or company or individual from Govt. authority, Department of Labour, if registered.
• Schedule of General Particulars Refer Annexure IV
• The bidder had studied the site conditions, labor conditions, special conditions and read the tender document and related matters carefully and diligently, and that I have submitted the tender having studied, understood and accepted fully the implications for the agreement as per the format enclosed/ attached electronically Refer Annexure III
