IIT(BHU) seeks empanelment of intellectual property firms for a period of three years through national competitive bidding.

• Proof of Tender Fees and EMD and signed Tender Acceptance Letter on Firms LetterHead as per Ann.-V
• Scanned copy of all the documents as required in Minimum Qualification Criteria of Tender Document.
• Duly filled and signed Proforma for Technical Bid as per Section-VII.
• Detail of IP Firms Professional Income as per Annexure-I.
• Format for providing details of experience of works as per Annexure-II.
• PRE-CONTRACT INTEGRITY PACT as per Annexure-VI on the Stamp paper of Rs. 100/.
• Scanned copy of other relevant documents.
• BOQ for empanelment of Intellectual Property Firms for 3 years in IIT(BHU), Varanasi.
