Mandatory Energy Audit for Dr MVR RTPP Units 1-6

The tender is for carrying out a mandatory energy audit for Units 1 to 6 of Dr MVR RTPP for the year 2025-2026 under BEE Regulation 2010. The work is managed by APGENCO-CE -O&M- RTPP. The consignee is the Superintending Engineer at Rayalaseema Thermal Power Project, with a delivery period of 2 days.

• The Bidder should be an accredited Energy auditing agency empanelled by BEE Documentary evidence such as authorization issued by BEE may be furnished
• he Bidder should have conducted mandatory Energy Audit MEA previously in Thermal Power Plants of 500 MW and above capacity documentary evidence such as PO copies Invoices reports etc amy be furnished In addition to the above the following documents may also be furnished, if the bidder desires.
• Credentials of team members who are doing the energy audit
• Documentary evidence in Preparation of documentation as per PAT scheme requirement
• The bidders shall upload all the scanned copies of the supporting documents of above PQB conditions for considering the Bid
• The prices shall be furnished in Price Bid only If the prices are furnished in the PQB the tenderer will be disqualified and blacklisted
• The Bidder shall upload scanned copies of following along with PQB Otherwise the bidder will be liable for disqualication
• EMD of requisite amount
• Documents evidencing prequalification requirements
• All schedules duly filled signed and stamped
• The firm participating in the tender for MEA of 500 MW must have minimum 2 years previous experience of carrying out MEA in any 500 MW and above capacity Generating Station
• The final Energy Auditing report shall be in BEE Format
• Preparation of Documentation as per PAT requirements as the RTPP covered under PAT 7 scheme
• final audit report of 10Nos Hard and Soft Copies to be submitted
• The firm has to complete the audit process within Two months
• The L1 Tenderer shall have to counter sign with their name and Accredited Energy Auditor number on the BEE submission forms for a period of three years
