The tender is for the supply of a simplex drive chain for the clinker grinder used in the wet ash handling system at Dr. NTTPS. The procuring organization is APGENCO-Dr NTTPS. The quantity required is explicitly stated as one unit.

• 1) The bidder should furnish copy of new price list and recently executed orders to PSUs in support to your quoted price for our reference
• 2) The bidder should furnish detailed specifications for the offered material along with the make and model in their technical offer
• 3) The bidder shall be manufacturer/supplier
• 4) The bidder shall submit Proforma for terms and conditions duly filled and signed along with the technical bid
• 5) The Bidder shall furnish HSN Codes of the quoted material
• 6) Declaration that the Company is not under black list by any Govt. department due to any reasons
• 7) No Deviation Certificate
