• Bank details as per the Annexure enclosed, in original on Companys letter head, duly signed by the authorized signature with stamp, along with cancelled cheque
• The Supplier should furnish Reply sheet for points 1 to 5 mentioned in the 1st page of the enquiry on your companys letter head only.
• 8 The supplier should furnish the offer as per the technical specification mentioned in annexure-I of the enquiry only
