Development and Beautification of Parks in GVMC Pendurthi & Anakapalli Zones

This tender is for the design, development, and beautification of various parks and open spaces within the GVMC area, specifically in the Pendurthi and Anakapalli zones. The project is managed by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation under the Chief Engineer department. The quantity specified for the project is one unit.

• Work experience in the Design, Development and Beautification of Parks /Open Spaces in Govt. Sector/ Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities during last 10 years as per clause 3.3.1(A)
• A bidder having an Annual Turnover of 50 percent of the project cost (Ex 81.38Lakhs) in any one FY during last 10 financial years (2016-2026) as per Audited balance sheet as per clause 3.3.1(B)
• The Bidder should be of reputed contractor with Govt of AP in appropriate class
• To Submit concept and design of each park/open space in this scope of work
• Submit detailed drawings and get it approved from Engineering Section.
• Submit detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each park/ open space to be developed with total cost of the project
• Procure required materials/equipments, clearances for commencing and implementing the Project.
• Develop all facilities earmarked for Project as given in the scope of the work or as directed by the authority
• The bidder has to give O and M plan for these parks. This will be helpful for asset maintenance
• The Bidder is supposed to provide O and M of parks if required.
