Construction of Platform for KSPCB CAAQM Station Installation

This tender is for the construction of platforms to install KSPCB CAAQM stations with integrated noise monitoring terminals at various locations in Chitradurga. The tender is issued by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and is open for national competitive bidding. The estimated bid value is INR 2,470,507.58, with a bid submission deadline of August 14, 2026.

• The tenderer /Agency /Company shall have a valid registration either proprietorship or partnership firm or Private Limited Company or Public Limited Company. Furnish the copy of certificate incorporation and partnership deed or registration copy with the appropriate authorities in support of the name of organization Company Registration Class-III and above civil contractor with similar experience can participate in the tender.
• Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.24.71 Lakhs.
• Satisfactory completion as prime contractor/Agency at least one similar works to an extent of 50 percentage of the cost of the work i.e Rs.12.36 Lakhs.
• The bidders shall submit the details of work done certificate issued for similar civil works executed by them in Government organization State or central in the last five financial year. Note- Work done certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer
• Tenderer should be accompanied by copies of Registration certificates under PAN and GST. Documents should be uploaded.
• The Tenderer should upload Income tax returns with balance sheet and turnover certificate for any three 3 years out of five 5 years. 2021-20 to 2025-26
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under refer uploaded eligibility criteria.
