• Nationalized BANK LOC Certificate with 30 Percentage Rs. 6.29 Lakhs and name of work or indent number should be add.
• VAT/ GST Certificate
• nature of work Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work such as CC DRAIN work of value not less than 50 Percentage of the cost of work i.e., RS. 10.48 lakhs during last five years.
• KW-2 format 1.4 A & 1.4 B compulsary Submitted with details
• The Contractor should scan the KPWD Registration Copy
• The Contractor should scan the PAN Card

• Tender Bidder should compulsarily upload bid capacity calculation in Prescribed Formula A x V x N-B as mentioned in KW-2 Tender Document and bidder should compulsarily upload ongoing works Works in Hand details
