This tender is for the construction of a District Training Centre for the National Academy of Construction (NAC) located in Markapuram District. The estimated cost for the project is Rs. 400.00 Lakhs. The consignee is the Managing Director of APEWIDC in Vijayawada, with delivery expected within 8 days.

• Annual Turnover certificate certified by CA along with profit, Loss and balance sheets or Certificates issued by Executing Authority and duly countersigned by Competent authority.
• All the Details should be noted in the I to VIII Statement in the prescribed formatted appended to the documents.
• Certificate in support of existing commitments along with documentary evidence such as forwarding slips of agreements and certificates of value of work done if already executed certain work from the concerned EE / competent authority along with documentary evidence.
• Consent letters from eligible contractors for Public Health and Electrical works with A Grade Licence along with their registrations is required if self-registration is not available
• The bidder at his own cost and risk shall obtain Geotage address of this site from the bid authority and visit the site for preparing bid. The bidder shall upload the photograph or Undertaking of site visit
• Scanned copy of Bid processing fee shall be paid by way of Online Payment only in e-procurement platform.
• Income Tax Document... Copy of GST Registration and Copy of PAN Card to be uploaded and copy of turn over certificate issued by the CA for the Last 10 years to be uploaded. Copy of latest I.T returns in the form of SARAL with profit and loss balance statements to be uploaded. The applicant shall also upload SARAL with profit and loss statement for the last 3 years in addition to latest IT returns.
• Experience certificate Within the Block Period in support of Quantities executed Similar Work for any one financial year in 10 Years ie., 2016-17 to 2025-26 duly issued by concerned EEs and counter singed by Superintending Engineer / concerned authority
• Similar Nature of works experience certificate for the work completed (Buildings) in any One Financial year ie. 2016-17 to 2025-26 duly issued by concerned EEs and Counter signed by concerned Superintending Engineer or concerned authority within the Block Period 2016-17 to 2025-26 and updated to Financial Year 2026-27
• Qualification Certificates of technical key personnel in Statement-VI along with willingness letter
• Bidder to submit a self-declaration as prescribed in Statement-V. Sufficient proof of document in support of own equipment such as invoice/ self-Certificate of regn.by competent authority in support of the critical equipment (As per Check list S.No 14 in Tender Document)
• Liquid assets/credit facilities/solvency certificate from any nationalised bank /schedule bank in their proforma as per the guidelines of the RBI (OR) the net worth certificate issued by the chartered accountant shall not be taken earlier than one year i.e., 05.08.2025
