Construction of Channel in Shivamogga District

This tender is for the construction of a channel near Kamanduru Chadikere Kenchanala GP in Hosanagara Taluk, Shivamogga district. • The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be uploaded. • Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of not less than the amount Rs.19.50 lakhs credit lines/letters of credits/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc., the contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the banks as per prescribed format enclosed as annexure-I to the notification
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AXNX2.5 -B
• The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than to amount put to tender i.e., Rs.65.00 lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e, from 2021-22 to 2025-26. in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only. The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN i.e Unique Document Identification Number along with income tax return should be uploaded
• The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work i.e Foot Bridge/ Bridge Work of value not less than 50percent of the estimate value of amount put to tender i.e., Rs.32.50 lakhs in last five years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded
