• Self declaration by the bidder on Rs.100/ Stamp paper that he is not black listed and owning the responsibility of up-loaded online certificates/ documents are correct and genuine.
• Annual Turn over certificates certified by CA supported with profit and loss statements and balance sheet IT retrurns OR Experience certificates for Civil Engineering Works issued by the EE and Countersigned by SE during last ten Financial years
• Experience certificates within the Block period in support of Quantities executed from the EE and counter signed by SE during last Ten Financial years
• Similar nature of works satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor (in the same name and style) in any one financial year during the last ten financial years, duly supported with experience certificates, work wise from EE counter signed by SE
• The Consent letter for electrification from licensed electrical contractors / permit holders as registered with or licensed by A.P.S. Electrical licensing Board along with the copy of Registration and their electrification experience shall be submitted along with the submission of tender through online
• Permanent Account Number PAN Card along with latest IT returns FY 2024-25 submitted to IT Department and acknowledged by IT Dept
• Evidence of Evidence of liquid assets and or credit facilities or solvency certificate at 3m x ECV/period of completion certified by the banker Certificate or Net worth certificate issued by CA issued being not more than 12 m old
