• Contract registration under appropriate Class with Government of Andhra Pradesh
• EMD to be paid using Net banking RTGS NEFT from their registered bank accounts only or Bank Guarantee in favour of Commissioner Kurnool Municipal Corporation Kurnool obtained from Nationalized Bank or any Scheduled commercial bank
• Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of latest Income Tax returns submitted along with proof of receipt
• Copies of Registration copy under GST Act 2017,i.e., Taxpayer Identification Number
• Annual turn over certificate certified by CA along with balance sheet including profit and loss accounts and financial statements (26AS)
• Experience certificates issued by EE and counter signed bySE
• Experience certificate in support of quantities executed - with in the block period
• Executed the following minimum quantities of works as a prime contract in any one year during the last 10 financial years ending with 31/03/2026
• Satisfactory completed as a prime contractor works under ROAD AND DRAINAGE work category, in any one financial year ending with 31/03/2026
• Qualification certificate of key personnel.
• Copy of information regarding any litigations with Government during the last Ten years in which the tenders is involved
• Liquid assets/credit facilities /solvency certificate not older than 6 months from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled Banks
• Scanned copy of declaration on critical equipment owned on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100.
• Any other document if required
