• Affidavit Non Judicial Stamp Paper Rs.100/- as per Form-E reg. debarment and blacklisting as per NIT
• Certificate of Registration for GST and ack. of upto date filed return Or undertaking as per NIT
• Copy of PAN Card issued by income tax return as per NIT
• Copy of applicable licenses/reg. of Labour License with EPFO, ESIC or An undertaking as per NIT
• Bidders are required to upload the NIT in PDF as uploaded by EE as per NIT
• The agency have to upload details such as Proprietor/Company/Firm name, Mob No./Tel. as per NIT
• Certificate of Financial Turnover from CA as per Form-A as per NIT
• Bankers Certificate or Net Worth Certificate as per Form-B or B-1 as per NIT
• Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- as per Format-F as per NIT
