• Certificate showing Head Office or Corporate Office located anywhere in Andhra Pradesh
• Existing contractors who have not completed their ongoing works in APCRDA Similar Work i.e., Operation and Maintenance of Street Lighting Activities shall not be eligible
• Details of value and Prime Quantities of Hydraulic Vehicle mounted Crane with bucket arrangement capable of supporting two persons and Three Phase Automatic Street Light Control system with smart energy meter or CCMS to schedule the timing of lights and executed in the last 10 financial years in the Tenderers name with supporting certificates
• The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value not less than Rs.20,20,158 as a Prime Contractor in the same name and style in any one financial year during last Ten financial years from 2015-16 to 2024-25
• Liquid assets or credit facilities or Solvency Certificate from Scheduled Commercial Banks or net worth certificate issued by CA of value not less than Rs.10,10,079
• Assured available Bid capacity as per formula 3AN minus B shall be greater than Estimate Contract value ECV i.e. not less than Rs.40,40,316
