• (viii) Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- regarding back to back -(As per NIT)
• (ix) The Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to ---(As per NIT)
• (x) Latest GST 3B return submitted by agency
• (xi) Copy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department
