This tender is for the annual repair and maintenance of various roads under the PWD Division South Road-1/Sub Division SR-12 during 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes minor repair of footpaths and other miscellaneous works. • (iv) Bankers certificate or Net Worth Certificate as per Form B or B-1
• (v) Certificates of Work Experience and performance as per Form-C and D --(As per NIT)
• (vi) Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/-regarding debarment and-(As per NIT)
• (vii) Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- regarding back to back -(As per NIT)
• (viii) The Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to ---(As per NIT)
• (ix) Copy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.
