• Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- regarding back-to-back FORM F
• The Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up,
• Copy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department
• Bidders are required to upload the NIT in PDF as uploaded by EE
• The agency have to upload details such as - Proprietor name, Mob No., e-Mail ID, Address
• Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/-regarding FORM- G, H, I
• The bidder has to upload Undertaking (performa B) at Page 56 on affidavit
• The agency will submit the ownership/MOU document of 8 Nos. positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump
