The tender involves maintenance and repair operations for various buildings under the jurisdiction of Sub Division-II, South Building (M), PWD (NCT), in New Delhi, scheduled for 2026-2027.

• Treasury Challan/DD/PO or BC/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/BB against EMD
• GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up
• Undertaking for GST if not obtain GST registration state which the work is to be taken up as per NIT
• Scanned copy of Valid PAN Number.
• CPWD Registration (b and r) or MES,BSNL---(as per condition no 4 specified at page 5,10 (see NIT)
• Receipt of Deposition of original EMD.
• Upload complete corresponding address alongwith area pin code, phone no., email id on his letter hea
• Bidders are required to upload the NIT in PDF as uploaded by EE. This will satisfy digital signing
• Applicable licenses/registration of Labour License with EPFO, ESIC. OR undertaking (as per NIT)
• Undertaking on Rs.50 non judicial stamp paper (For non CPWD contractor) as per condition no 9 of NIT
• Any other tender documents specified in nit (if any)
